All MISC personnel operate within a strict adherence to the law and applicable ethical and regulatory standards. Surveillance of all types may be conducted solely for legally authorized purposes. These include securing evidence to be used in legal proceedings, when there is reason to believe crime or wrongdoing is threatened or suspected, to locate a known fugitive or missing person, and/or to locate stolen property or other assets that have been awarded by the court.
